Purpose 

To evaluate candidates for employment at Mind Energy. 

Legal basis 

We rely on contractual necessity in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR or legitimate interest in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Additional obligations may apply depending on the role (e.g., legal requirements for background checks and security clearances).

Recorded customer interviews are generally deleted no later than three months after the recording has taken place to avoid unnecessary data accumulation, but they may be retained longer if deemed necessary. 

3.1.6.      Recording of Phone Calls 

Purpose 

When you contact Mind Energy, we may process your personal data and, in some cases, record the call to understand the nature of your inquiry, improve the customer experience, and support employee training.
