Our recruitment process

Explore who we are, what we do, and how you might be a fit.
This is where you apply. We review your profile and experience to see how it matches the role.
Sometimes we start with a short phone conversation to get to know each other a bit better.
If you’re selected, we’ll invite you for an in-person conversation with the hiring leader and possibly a few future colleagues.
As part of the process, you’ll complete a personal profile and a general ability assessment. It gives us a better sense of how you think, solve problems, and work with others – so we can make the right match, together.
You’ll meet with the hiring leader, a People Partner, and possibly others relevant to the role. It’s an in-person conversation where we dive deeper – into your experience, your motivation, and how we could grow together.
When it feels right on both sides, we move forward. The contract is signed, and we welcome a new mind to the team

Exploring a new opportunity is exciting – and naturally, it comes with a few questions along the way. We’ve gathered some of the things candidates often wonder about. From when you’ll hear back to how to make your application stand out, this is where you’ll find clear and honest answers. And if there’s something else you’re curious about, just reach out.

When will I hear back after applying?

We review applications as they come in and usually spot a solid pool of potential within the first two weeks. That means most candidates hear from us within that timeframe – so no need to refresh your inbox every five minutes (we’ve all been there).If it takes longer, feel free to reach out – we’re happy to give you an update.

What if I’m not selected for an interview?

We understand that waiting in recruitment limbo is no fun. That’s why we won’t leave you hanging. If you’re not moving forward, we’ll let you know as soon as possible – because keeping people in suspense just isn’t our style.

What should I focus on when applying?

Be yourself. It sounds basic, but whoever decided job applications should read like legal documents clearly never worked here. We love seeing personal approaches and fresh thinking. What would your first steps be? Showing us your perspective tells us a lot about how you think and who you are.

What do we look for in a candidate?
